股神？如果我有錢！我也是股神！他的樓並非全美的，我在七四年買入的元朗祥康樓六樓，不到兩年就在西邊牆漏水，天台入口處後來也一樣，有大洞、有發泡膠。樓下店地下下墮，填泥也沒用，因為洞穴又深又大，結果樓也賣不掉。他比李嘉誠更差，是食香港人血的大奸商。如果不信，可到安康路一行，鄉議局中學對面，幾年前路過，一如破屋。叫他自己買回重建！

Probably no one will sell you, and in any case prices are crazy (around 18 to 25 thousands HKD per square foot (1 USD=7.8 HKD). All bar/pubs in Hong Kong are in leased property, including all bars and pubs in Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo
Wanchai is vague, because prices there may vary too depending from location :

Fortunately Hong Kong is not one of the countries which forbids the spouse of a foreigner on a work permit from working. You might check with commercial real estate brokerages if you have high-end commercial experience, but I am not familiar with changes in licensing requirements since I left HK. Property manager job unlikely (not generally done, except major commercial properties).

Whatever you find, you will need an employment pass of your own, obtained by your employer, in order to work. You cannot work on a dependent's visa.

You can also consider forming a company if you have the expertise to create, for example, a consulting business, then that company applies for your employment pass. It required verification from your bank of extensive cash/collateral to invest in the business, credentials, etc. but was not particularly difficult to do, and it did not take very long, either. You would need to check on the latest requirements with Hong Kong authorities.

I dont have an answer.. but I wish you the Best and Good Luck !!! that will be a great experience and I think it will be easier for you if you speak already the language Maybe you can start looking for a positions as teaching English Language ??? Maybe ?

As long as the HKD is pegged to the USD and as long as a the FED keep interest rates low, the property price will rise in Hong Kong due to the low cost of borrowing. There are even talks that It could create a bubble
